Dr. Roshni Patel is a board-certified optometrist who has been a dedicated member of the Arlington Eye Center team since 2012. She combines her extensive training with a compassionate approach to provide exceptional care and enhance the quality of life for her patients.
Dr. Patel earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Business Administration from Drexel University and completed her Doctorate at Inter American University. She has developed a special interest in managing dry eye and ocular surface diseases, areas in which she has extensive expertise. Her training also encompasses primary and emergency eye care, surgical co-management, and the treatment of complex ocular conditions.
In addition to her focus on dry eye and ocular surface disease, Dr. Patel is skilled in managing a variety of conditions, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts. She is also experienced in fitting both soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses, tailoring solutions to meet each patient’s unique needs.
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Patel now resides in Northern Virginia, with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys cooking and exploring new places through travel. Dr. Patel is passionate about making a positive impact on her patients’ vision and overall well-being and is committed to providing outstanding care to the community.
